Skill & Training initiatives – The objective is to skill workforce in print industry – from basic operator to the CEO of the company. The skill initiatives are designed to produce quality workforce with right skills, knowledge along with right attitude to produce quality print output.
The four types of initiatives are Short Term courses, Skill Upgradation Training, Management and Supervisory Training and Special Courses for Teachers from Print Technology Institutes. Future Schoolz also conducts Finishing School Courses for those passing out from Print & Media institutions. Even the training module for the print teachers are finalised after knowing the expectations of industry for the students coming out of the print institutes in India. The industrial visits and practical sessions are part of all the courses, and interaction with industry were provided for better understanding of print industry.

Courses conducted by Future Schoolz
60 hours course. Benefitted to run the print organisations with profit in mind and to set benchmark for the printing charges to be demanded for various services.

Cover the practical applications and approach towards designing and prototyping of the 3D print projects.
2 months course for students passed out from VHSE/ ITI. A detailed course that taught the pre-press management techniques, and processes followed at the shop floor, to equip them job ready and confident to start working from day one.
6 Months course for students passing out from VHSE/ ITI. An essential skill and knowledge to be picked up for the efficient and profitable running of print businesses.
6 Months course for students passing out from VHSE/ ITI. Course focussing in quality control with process knowledge, scientific know how and SOPs to be followed for ensuring quality in print.
Educational Embellishment module for students from Institute of Engineering & Technology, University of Calicut.
10 days course conducted for Govt ITI, Kanjikuzhy, Idukki. Equipped them with basic skilling required to be industry ready, with shop floor exposure to sophisticated machineries they have to work on.
10 days course conducted for B. Voc. Printing students from Vocational Training Division, St. Thomas College, Pala. The course included half day industrial shop floor training, visiting all major printing presses at Kochi
Conducted in association with Technova Imaging at 3 cities in Kerala – Trivandrum, Kochi, Kozhikode. Helped in reduction of errors in many printing presses, saving precious time and materials
Course for VHSE teachers across Kerala to provide them practical exposure on the current technology trends with practical training sessions.

Techkon, a company from UK, leaders in spectrophotometers and densitometers, SquareDots, Indian representative for PrintFlow – online print management software, Technova, master distributor of Agfa Apogee workflow solutions are extended support to Future Schoolz. Technova Imaging already allow plant visits and provide access to their training during the industrial visits by Future Schoolz students. PrintPack Dubai has extended one i1Pro – a monitor calibration and profiler software to Future Schoolz.
